'We remain open and here for you. We continue to provide services as we have been throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, and are offering a blend of face to face, telephone, video appointments and even text messaging information for simpler problems.
To help this work best, the way you access your GP is therefore a little different - we are still triaging most appointment requests (made via the online tool, by phone or in person). Triaging appointments allows us to assess the most appropriate way to provide your care depending on your clinical need, and ensure your care is provided by the most appropriate person in an appropriate time-frame.
When visiting the surgery, you will still be asked to wear a face mask (unless exempt) and keep your distance from other patients.
General practice, nationally, is under intense pressure- please consider self help or a discussion with the pharmacist for more minor queries.
Our team are working extremely hard to provide services and care in a time of increased demand and less support from hospital services. Please ensure you treat our staff with the respect they deserve.
Your general practice is here for you. Help us help you.'
